After giving it a lot of thought, you have decided that you are going to go ahead and open up the fish and steak restaurant you have always wanted. After you are of the opinion that the kitchen is ready, you could go out to get the food for the menu that you are offering. The staff will have been hired by now and the last thing that you need to have done is that final inspection. Once everything is ready for inspection you call for them to do the last once over. You have passed all the inspections until now and there is no reason that you should not pass the last one.

As per the norm, the food safety consultants arrive promptly on time to do the inspection. They will go through all the fresh produce to see that it is perfect and then inspect the fridges to see the sea food that you bought is of the best quality. They will also check the store rooms to see that the other perishables are in good condition. Should there be any bloated tins or dented cans, you will fail the inspection with immediate effect.

Once the inspector comes out with a smile on her face and hands you the certificate, you will feel like a million dollars and be thankful to your food safety consulting providers. All your efforts will have been worthwhile and you will be in business. You will be able to operate knowing that no one will ever get sick from your kitchen as you will be diligent and ensure that this never happens.
