Veggie pastas come in all of the same varieties as flour based ones. Zucchini, squash, seaweed, kale and many others are used to make these low cal versions of your favorite pasta's.

While this is partly true-meat is, after all, carb free (for the most part)-it is also true that you can't eat just any old cut of meat. There are unhealthy elements to meat, such as fat. This is why you need to choose lean cuts of meat when you are making your dinner. Lean beef, lean chicken and even lean cuts of fish. Limiting your fat in your meat dishes will help you feel better.
Use coconut flour. Coconut flour, which is low in carbs, can be used in place of white and wheat flour. Using coconut flour allows you to still enjoy pancakes and other baked goods that use flour. You can't use refined flour if you're following a low carb diet. Coconut flour, however, is a great substitute. Coconut is also a nutrient rich food. Coconut water makes a great health drink, for example. Using this flour means you can eat regular breakfast foods and not worry about the carb count.
Instead of using tortillas, serve the fillings in a bowl. You may have to do more dishes but it's worth it to cut down on carbs. Everything from fajitas to breakfast burritos can be just as tasty when eating off of a plate or out of a bowl. You still cook everything the same, but rather than putting everything into a tortilla, you use a bowl.
Pretty much the only thing that this won't work for is the quesadilla. A bowl full of melted cheese is nobody's idea of a tasty meal. There are all sorts of ways to lead a healthy and low carb lifestyle. It's not somethign to do all at once. Carbs offer energy that you need to balance out your diet. Just find natural ways to eat low carb. You don't have to feel like you are on a "diet" this way. This way you get to eat healthy tasty food instead of heavy carbs.
