If you have a busy day running from end to end without eating, then perhaps a healthy vegan snack can be your best friend. You will definitely have to eat as you juggle between your jobs, and a small vegan mini bite will make sure you stay healthy at all times. Also for those who like keeping in shape and always watch what they eat, this is the snacking diet you need to know about.

There are so many ways to whip up a quick vegan bite and pack it with you to work or school. The first and most convenient ingredient in the vegan menu is fresh fruits; fruits are healthy, keep us full and give us a lot of energy to last us the day. You can pack an apple, banana or a berry because they are easy to consume and not worry about the peels that much; you may need a little work for mangos or paw paws.

In a different week, you can decide to go with salads during the day. You can prepare a healthy salad by first lining the bottom of a jar with salad dressing then mix up different veggies to fill it. During the day all you have to do is mix up the dressing and salad and you have a good healthy lunch; just make sure the salad was stored in a cool place to remain fresh overnight.

While some of us may not be a fruit or salad person, we definitely could do with some seeds and nuts for a vegan snack. There are plenty of nuts to nibble during the day like cashew nuts, walnut, macadamia, groundnuts or kola nuts. Sunflower and pumpkin are great for the seed family and you can carry them with you anywhere but make sure you eat sparingly.

When you have had a feel of nuts and seeds for days then you can switch over to some tasty chips. Not highly calorie potatoes but veggie chips like Kale and Zucchini. They both are great when dried up and are highly nutritious; you can bag them up in a weekly supply and always have a healthy snack during the day.

Do you love smoothies? Smoothies can never miss in a true vegan healthy bite and just like nuts you have great variety of smoothie recipes you can whip up. Green smoothies are a great way to jump start a day and they are high in fiber. You can blend all your greens and store them in different jars with a tight lid; all you have to do is pick a smoothie every day.

The beauty of a vegan mini bite is the freedom to choose whatever you want to go into the final product. You can play safe with familiar ingredients or you can decide to be a bit creative and work out different ingredients together. Try out some cucumber with vegan cream and see if you like it or some veggies with ranch dressing to make them tasty.

If you live a really busy life then small mini bites along the way are a great help. A healthy vegan snack is all you need provided everything you choose for an ingredient is pure healthy.
