Post jog hydration is a good idea, and you should only drink water - forget juice or vitamin water or all that other junk - pure water. The hotter and more humid it is, the more important it becomes to hydrate.

If you go jogging several times a week, you can get a lot out of it. Be sure to remember to stretch, not to overdo it, and to wear the right shoes.
