Asian Style Pulled Pork Recipes For Crockpots

There are dozens of pulled pork recipes for crockpots. Most of them are quick and easy to prepare. If you're having a special event, or you simple want to try something new, prepare Asian inspired pulled pork sandwiches or tacos. You can also cook Asian rice and mix it with pork. These dishes are simply fabulous! The best thing is that they can be made with a few simple ingredients.

Slow cooker Asian pulled pork - This simple yet delicious dish is made with a sweet sauce that will tantalize your senses. The meat is soft and has a rich texture that melts into your mouth. Key ingredients include pork shoulder, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and chicken bouillon. You will also need brown sugar.

Add pulled pork into the crockpot, and mix with bouillon and water. Place a few onions around the roast. Cook for eight to ten hours. The meat should be tender and easy to shred. Prepare a mixture of garlic, sauce, and brown sugar in a separate dish. Pour these mixture over the pork and cook for another 30 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.

Pulled pork tacos - These Korean style tacos are very easy to prepare. The main ingredients include cooked pulled pork, brown sugar, shredded cabbage, tortillas, and sesame oil. You also have to use soy sauce, onion, freshly squeezed lime juice, and cilantro. Serve with cucumber-jalapeo pickles.

Asian style pulled pork lettuce wraps - For this recipe, you need pork butt, sweet and sour sauce, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger root, garlic, and lettuce. Add the meat to a crockpot with sauce, ginger, garlic, and salt. Cook for six to eight hours and then shred the pork with a knife. Serve with lettuce leaves.
