Do this carefully so that when you grill the meat, they won't be removed from it.

Marinade all the ingredients and morsels for at least an hour. The longer the marinating time, the better. Preheat your griller so that when you put in your meat, the grate will be at optimal temperature for cooking the meat. Turn down the heat once you put the steaks into the griller. Baste the morsels with your marinade. Once you put the pieces of morsels onto the grate, close the lid and do not open it for at least ten minutes.
